About The Position
The 2025 Advancing Hispanics and Latinos Fellowship Program is a five-week paid summer fellowship designed for undergraduate sophomores interested in financial services careers. This program aims to provide early exposure and professional development opportunities to students from diverse backgrounds, particularly those from underrepresented groups. Participants will engage in hands-on experiences, mentorship, and a project-based curriculum, with the potential for a 2026 Summer Internship offer upon successful completion.
