Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Pathways rotational program with three rotation opportunities within engineering.
  • Apply engineering principles to design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field for Mechanical Engineer 1.
  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field for Mechanical Engineer 2.
  • Completion of degree from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite).
  • Final DoD Secret clearance required to start.

Nice-to-haves

  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
  • Current/active DoD Secret clearance.
