We're seeking future team members for our CAO with roles located in Lake Mary (FL), New York (NY), and Pittsburgh (PA) in hybrid positions. Our 24-month analyst program is a holistic talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career. Through projects across the specific line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY's entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. In each of these roles, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY and its clients, while receiving personalized guidance and support from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high impact roles in multiple functions.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in rotational experiences across various teams within the Chief Administrative Office (CAO).
  • Work on high-priority initiatives that contribute to the overall success of BNY.
  • Develop analytical and interpersonal skills through hands-on projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the optimization of BNY's global footprint and workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
  • Graduating between December 2024 and June 2025.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through well-rounded experiences.
  • Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in v-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • No requirement for sponsorship for employment visa status in the region where they apply.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in financial services or related fields.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of corporate security practices.
