About the position

The Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Summer Analyst position is a 9-week internship designed to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to JPMorgan Chase. This role focuses on enhancing business acumen through exposure to various business units and disciplines, including Data & Analytics, Product, Project/Program Management, and Strategy & Strategic Initiatives. Summer Analysts will engage in projects that have a real-life impact on customers and the business, supported by a strong network of mentors and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, support risk/reward related business decisions, and assess and forecast profit.
• Driving product development through the lifecycle, including testing, iterating, measuring, and marketing new features.
• Working on project management efforts for high visibility of brands, including marketing and media initiatives.
• Evaluating and quantifying business strategies in line with regulatory controls.
• Developing innovative solutions to key business cases by collaborating across business, product areas, and functions.

Requirements

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree with expected graduation of December 2025 through June 2026.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills.
