About the position
The 2025 CIB Investment Banking Sophomore Summer Analyst Program at Santander US offers undergraduate students an opportunity to gain foundational experience in investment banking through a 10-week internship. Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; foreign language skills are a plus.
- Analytical and quantitative skills with critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently on special projects.
