About the position

As a Co-op in Regeneron's Research and Development organization, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where you can apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting. This position is designed for students pursuing degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Neuroscience, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. The Co-op program runs for various terms: January-August (Spring-Summer), May/June-December (Summer-Fall), and August-December (Fall). During your time with us, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our global organization and its operations. You will engage in hands-on project work that directly impacts the business, allowing you to see the real-world applications of your studies. You will have the chance to collaborate closely with a specific hiring manager and other interns or co-ops, fostering teamwork and networking opportunities. Additionally, you will participate in professional development sessions, which will enhance your skills and knowledge while enjoying various perks such as free food and company swag. At the end of your program, you will showcase the knowledge and experience you have gained through presentation sessions, providing you with a platform to demonstrate your contributions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or accepted to an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during the Co-op term
