About the position

The Co-op position in the Research and Development organization at Regeneron is designed for students pursuing degrees in relevant scientific fields. Responsibilities

  • Achieve a general understanding of the global organization.
  • Complete hands-on project work that impacts the business.
  • Engage with Regeneron leadership.
  • Collaborate with a specific hiring manager and other interns/co-ops.
  • Establish connections with Regeneron's diverse set of employee resource groups.
  • Participate in professional development sessions.
  • Showcase knowledge gained through end of program presentation sessions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or accepted to an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred.
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during the specified co-op terms.
  • Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement.
