About the position

If you're a student pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Neuroscience, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors, you may be a fit for a Co-op in our Research and Development organization. This Co-op position is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. The Co-op positions are available during three main periods: January-August (Spring-Summer), May/June-December (Summer-Fall), and August-December (Fall). In this role, you will gain a general understanding of the operations within our global organization while completing project work that has a tangible impact on the business. You will engage with Regeneron leadership and collaborate closely with a specific hiring manager and other interns or co-ops, allowing you to establish valuable connections within the company. Throughout your Co-op experience, you will participate in professional development sessions, enjoy complimentary food and swag, and showcase the knowledge you have gained through end-of-program presentation sessions. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to make a difference, advocate for their ideas, and continuously seek improvement. Responsibilities

  • Achieve a general understanding of the global organization.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or accepted to an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during the Co-op period.
  • Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement.

Nice-to-haves
