About the position

The 2025 Co-op position at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is designed for students pursuing degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Neuroscience, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. This opportunity is part of the Research and Development organization and offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a leading biopharmaceutical company. The Co-op positions are available in three different terms: January-August (Spring-Summer), May/June-December (Summer-Fall), and August-December (Fall). As a Co-op, you will achieve a general understanding of the operations within Regeneron's global organization. You will engage in meaningful project work that directly impacts the business, collaborate with a specific hiring manager and fellow interns/co-ops, and establish connections with Regeneron's diverse employee resource groups. Additionally, you will participate in professional development sessions, enjoy complimentary food and swag, and showcase your acquired knowledge through end-of-program presentations. This role is not just about work; it’s about making a difference and advocating for your ideas in a supportive environment. Candidates should be prepared to commit to 40 hours per week during their Co-op term and must be enrolled in or accepted to an academic program, pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree, with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0. Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement is also preferred. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.25 per hour in Rensselaer, NY, depending on the level of education and degree program.

Requirements
