About the position

The Co-op position in the Research and Development organization at Regeneron is designed for students pursuing degrees in various scientific and engineering fields. This role offers hands-on project work that impacts the business, opportunities to engage with leadership, and professional development sessions. Co-ops will work collaboratively with hiring managers and other interns, while also establishing connections within the company’s diverse employee resource groups. The position is available for specific terms throughout the year, and students will be compensated for their contributions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a general understanding of the global organization.
• Complete hands-on project work that impacts the business.
• Engage with Regeneron leadership.
• Collaborate with a specific hiring manager and other interns/co-ops.
• Establish connections with Regeneron's diverse set of employee resource groups.
• Participate in professional development sessions.
• Showcase knowledge gained through end of program presentation sessions.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in or accepted to an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during the specified co-op terms.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement preferred.
