About the position

As a Co-op in the Research and Development organization at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and innovative environment. This position is designed for students pursuing degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Neuroscience, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. The Co-op program runs during specific periods: January-August (Spring-Summer), May/June-December (Summer-Fall), and August-December (Fall). Throughout your time with us, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our global organization and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our business. Your experience will include hands-on project work, where you will collaborate closely with a hiring manager and fellow interns/co-ops. You will engage with Regeneron leadership, participate in professional development sessions, and have the chance to showcase your knowledge through end-of-program presentations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to connect with various employee resource groups, fostering a sense of community and inclusion within the company. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or accepted to an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during the Co-op period.
  • Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement.
