About the position

The Co-op position at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is designed for students pursuing degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Neuroscience, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. This role offers hands-on project work within the Research and Development organization, allowing students to gain practical experience while contributing to impactful projects. Co-ops will engage with leadership, collaborate with peers, and participate in professional development sessions, all while being compensated for their contributions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a general understanding of the global organization.
• Complete hands-on project work that impacts the business.
• Engage with Regeneron leadership.
• Collaborate with a specific hiring manager and other interns/co-ops.
• Establish connections with diverse employee resource groups.
• Participate in professional development sessions.
• Showcase knowledge gained through end-of-program presentation sessions.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in or accepted to an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during the specified co-op periods.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement.
