About the position

As a Co-op in our Research and Development organization at Regeneron, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and innovative environment. This position is designed for students pursuing degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Neuroscience, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. The Co-op program runs during three distinct periods: January-August (Spring-Summer), May/June-December (Summer-Fall), and August-December (Fall). Throughout your time with us, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our global organization and contribute to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on our business operations. Your experience will include hands-on project work, where you will engage with Regeneron leadership and collaborate closely with a specific hiring manager, as well as other interns and co-ops. This collaborative environment will allow you to establish connections with our diverse employee resource groups and participate in professional development sessions. We believe in fostering a culture of learning and growth, and you will have the chance to showcase the knowledge you gain through end-of-program presentation sessions. Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in or accepted to an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during the specified Co-op periods.
  • Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement.
