About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2025 Summer Internship, Early Careers - Commercial Banking. This structured 10-week program is designed to provide undergraduate students with a foundational understanding of Commercial Banking and potential career paths through hands-on experience. Interns will work with an experienced team within one of our Commercial Banking businesses, gaining exposure to Wells Fargo's operations, business strategies, and culture. The program emphasizes your development, preparing you for your next career step after completion. You will gain insights into Wells Fargo's corporate and credit culture, along with opportunities for professional development, skill acquisition, community involvement, networking, and analytical training in line of business-specific concepts. The internship begins with an Induction Week, where you will participate in a week-long onboarding and training session with other interns across Wells Fargo. This experience includes networking opportunities with peers and leaders. Throughout the summer, you will engage in meaningful and in-depth experiences as part of a high-performing team, actively participating in day-to-day activities to build analytical skills and understand key processes. You will also receive professional support by being matched with a high-performing employee who will serve as your resource and coach, providing guidance and feedback throughout the internship. Additionally, the program features a virtual speaker series where Wells Fargo's top leaders share insights on maximizing your summer experience and discuss trends in the financial services industry. Organized networking activities promote community involvement and connections with peers and employees across Wells Fargo. Interns will be notified of their specific business group placement prior to the program start, which runs from June to August 2025, with exact dates to be determined.
