The 2025 Early Talent Rotational Program in Human Resources is designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. Participants will develop their HR knowledge and skills while contributing to the organization's business impact. The program includes exposure to areas such as Total Rewards, HR Operations, Workforce Strategy, Leadership Development, Talent Attraction, Culture and Diversity & Inclusion, and Shared Services. Participants will work closely with senior HR leaders and build a professional network within the organization.
