The 2025 Everest Rotational Development Program (ERDP) is designed for aspiring underwriters looking to launch their careers in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. This hybrid position allows participants to work three days in the office and two days remotely, providing a balanced work environment. The program spans 24 months and includes comprehensive technical training and professional development opportunities. Participants will engage in four rotations, gaining exposure to various aspects of the insurance and reinsurance businesses. They will benefit from on-the-job training provided by experienced underwriters and functional leaders, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in underwriting roles. Throughout the program, participants will engage in instructor-led workshops, monthly spotlight speaker series featuring executive leadership, networking events, and self-paced coursework. This structure is designed to foster both personal and professional growth, allowing participants to develop critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The program emphasizes collaboration and communication, as participants will work closely with local brokers and other teams to analyze risks, prepare underwriting workups, and participate in marketing efforts.
