About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2025 Finance Summer Internship within the Finance organization. This internship program is designed for undergraduate students and provides a comprehensive ten-week overview of Wells Fargo's operations, business strategies, and organizational culture. Participants will engage in various activities including relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, feedback sessions, group projects, and informative learning sessions with key leaders. The program aims to blend business and professional development training opportunities with real-world experiences, preparing interns for a successful career at Wells Fargo. Interns will be placed in one of the finance groups based on their location, degree, business needs, and expressed areas of interest. Throughout the internship, participants will gain experience across various finance disciplines, receive formal training through onboarding and orientation activities, and have opportunities for coaching and networking to support their professional development. Interns will also be exposed to multiple business lines and finance-related responsibilities, allowing them to understand the diverse functions within the finance sector of Wells Fargo.
