Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products.
- Develop process test protocols and lead plant trials.
- Analyze and communicate test results for potential new product launches.
- Troubleshoot processing issues during plant trials and make informed decisions.
- Work with third-party equipment vendors to optimize food and beverage processing technologies.
- Engage with various teams including marketing, sensory, analytical, operations, and strategy.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Chemical/Food Process/Mechanical/Electrical) or related majors.
- Ability to translate business objectives into project goals.
- Proven ability to make significant technical advances using internal and external resources.
- Understanding of incorporating business needs into technical decisions.
- Interest in working in laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
