About the position

Our Sensor Controls and Electronics department is at the forefront of this mission, focusing on the design and development of digital electronic circuit cards, electronic assemblies, FPGAs, and radar processing systems. We are currently seeking entry-level candidates who are eager to collaborate and innovate alongside our experienced engineers. This role involves working with cutting-edge technology to design digital electronic circuits and systems that implement digital signal processing, communications, control, and radar processing designs. Our technology base includes high-speed digital electronics, configurable logic, and multiprocessor designs, both homogeneous and heterogeneous. As a member of our team, you will partner with a senior team member to design digital hardware that supports radar systems. Your responsibilities will include supporting hardware validation testing and integrating digital hardware into radar systems. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance national security. You will be part of a motivated team, working closely with cross-functional project teams that contribute to larger programs or internal research and development efforts. Each section manager oversees approximately 20 employees, focusing on performance, career development, and task assignments that align with both employee interests and project needs. This position is based in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA and is an onsite role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a senior team member to design digital hardware supporting radar systems.
  • Support hardware validation testing of digital hardware.
  • Integrate digital hardware into radar systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major.
  • Experience or knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, and/or circuit design.
  • Experience or knowledge of Matlab and/or C programming.
  • Experience or knowledge of circuit analysis.
  • 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • ABET accreditation is preferred but not required.
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA desired.
  • Experience with digital signal processing.
  • Experience with SPICE tools.
  • Experience with CAD tools such as Xpedition, Allegro, or OrCAD.
