About the position

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking Product Management interns to engage with customers, engineers, project managers, and other team members throughout the lifecycle of technology products and services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work within one of the largest information technology centers in the Wasatch front, where interns will contribute to the mission of the Church by supporting technology that has a significant impact on the global community. Interns will gain hands-on experience in supporting systems and delivering services to users at Church headquarters and millions of users worldwide. The role involves working independently and collaboratively in group settings to gather business requirements for technology solutions tailored to global customers. Interns will collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that product specifications meet customer business needs, manage metrics, and create executive reports. A typical day may include eliciting customer requirements, assisting with marketing campaigns, responding to customer feedback, and supporting product launch activities. Interns will provide product support, conduct end-user training as needed, initiate reports on product/service adoption rates, and monitor support requests for necessary product improvements. They will also develop reports on product usage statistics and assist in making recommendations regarding product lifecycle decisions, such as replacements or improvements. This role provides the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools to develop enterprise solutions while mentoring with experienced IT professionals in a creative, spiritual, and highly motivated team environment.

Responsibilities
