About the position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) role at Adobe is designed to build and maintain strong relationships with large customers, ensuring they receive the technical support and services necessary to optimize their use of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing skills to effectively address operational needs, drive discussions across various levels of customer organizations, and proactively manage customer relationships to enhance their investment in Adobe's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and driving customer technical issues with support and engineering teams with minimal direction.
  • Supporting senior team members in handling technical issues as required.
  • Organizing and hosting customer status calls and providing reporting on technical status.
  • Providing onsite and production support for major events and rollouts, shadowing senior team members.
  • Guiding customers through software environment changes in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Delivering proactive notifications of upcoming releases and their possible impacts.
  • Managing assigned accounts and partnering with senior team members to handle complex customer needs.
  • Researching and applying knowledge from various sources to solve customer issues.
  • Actively participating in team meetings and identifying common issues to contribute to team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, graduating between December 2025 - May 2026.
  • Up to two years of full-time experience in consultative, customer support, or related roles in marketing technology.
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and/or object-oriented programming languages.
  • Basic ability to solve technical issues related to Java, web servers, networks, operating systems, and databases.
  • Foundational knowledge of network technologies and data management.
  • Awareness of Digital Marketing methodologies or Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Multi-lingual skills desirable.
  • Basic presentation skills.
  • Awareness of project management methodologies.
