Summer Internship Program offers meaningful work experiences across various business areas, allowing you to deepen your functional knowledge and immerse yourself in the fast-paced retail industry. You'll work on projects that directly impact our bottom line and present your work to senior management, while also participating in company events like executive speaker series and off-site activities. Upon completion of the internship, successful interns will be well-positioned for full time roles after they graduate. The Online Experience Intern will be part of a dynamic and high-performing online team. You will be part of helping to develop category-specific strategies with Global Merchants, Planning, Stores, Commercial Planning, & Marketing to drive a customer-focused shopping experience and establish Old Navy Online as the destination for product authority and customer engagement. You will assist the team in leading category experiences and division-specific online P&L in US and Canada, which drives a frictionless and seamless omni experience and drives continuous improvement on the site & app with a mobile-first mentality. As the Online Experience intern you will spend most of your time on benchmarking & analysis as well as projects/assignments on strategy and stakeholder development.
