About the position

The Services Sales Operations Manager (SSOM) intern at Adobe plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of sales operations. This position involves analyzing current sales processes, developing strategies for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The intern will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the Services Sales Business.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current sales processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align processes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance and process efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
  • 0-5 years of exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September.
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work.
