This position is designed for rising juniors who are currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program, with a focus on finance, economics, or accounting. The Summer Analyst Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the corporate and investment banking sector, providing exposure to senior-level bankers and clients. The program is structured to deliver comprehensive training and development, allowing analysts to engage in all stages of transaction executions, from the initial pitch phase to the closing of deals. This role is particularly suited for individuals who are highly motivated, possess strong quantitative and critical thinking skills, and have demonstrated leadership abilities through previous work experiences or extracurricular activities. The Equity Research group at KBCM is responsible for producing in-depth analysis, recommendations, and reports on investment opportunities that are of interest to institutional investors. Senior Analysts within the group specialize in various industries, providing expert knowledge and recommendations on public companies across sectors such as Basic Materials, Consumer, Energy, Healthcare, Industrial, Real Estate, and Technology. The Summer Analyst will have the opportunity to work closely with these Senior Analysts, gaining insights into the equity research process and contributing to the development of investment strategies.
