About the position

The Acrobat Growth team at Adobe is dedicated to ensuring that users of Adobe's freemium products can easily purchase and unlock premium features, enhancing their productivity. This role is pivotal in driving global growth through the optimization, personalization, and enhancement of key commerce flows. As part of this team, you will collaborate with industry growth leaders to shape the future offer roadmap, leveraging data insights and market research. You will work closely with various teams across Adobe that are involved in designing, building, and refining core product and commerce flows. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with multiple contributors. In this role, you will explore trends related to Generative AI (GenAI) documents, including understanding users' willingness to pay for embedded functionalities. You will conduct research to identify the best upsell and add-on models for emerging GenAI features, both on the web and integrated into freemium desktop products and browser extensions. Additionally, you will define experience recommendations, offer and pricing models, and test ideas for Adobe.com and integrated commerce experiences for new offers. A key responsibility will be to build a prioritized roadmap of tests to validate your hypotheses, ensuring that the offerings align with user needs and market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Explore GenAI document trends, including users' willingness to pay for embedded functionality.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025.
  • Passion for GenAI, user-centric design, efficient workflows, and eCommerce innovation.
  • Ability to form hypotheses based on customer insights and data.
  • Willingness to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding sense of humor!

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $97,600 -- $189,600 annually based on location and experience.
  • Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
