About the position

The MBA Intern role at Moderna is designed to support the company's mission of delivering individualized mRNA-based cancer therapies through innovative digital solutions. The intern will engage in various aspects of digital operations, contributing to projects that enhance sample collection, medicine manufacturing, and patient delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the digital framework that underpins Moderna's Individualized Neoantigen Therapy (INT) pipeline, while collaborating across teams to optimize workflows and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Support digital operations projects related to sample collection, medicine manufacturing, and delivery to patients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance security.
• Contribute to AI-driven improvements for faster data insights.
• Engage with senior leaders and participate in development opportunities unique to Moderna's culture.
• Gain insight into Moderna's MBA Leadership Accelerator Program.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a 1st year in a full-time MBA program (planned graduation in Spring 2026).
• 4+ years of experience pre-MBA in healthcare consulting, pharma, biotech, or similar professional services.
