About the position

The MBA Intern for Moderna's Individualized Neoantigen Therapy (INT) digital team will support the mission of delivering individualized mRNA-based cancer therapies through innovative digital solutions. This role involves contributing to projects that streamline operations, enhance security, and reduce costs, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the digital framework that supports Moderna's INT pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse aspects of digital operations related to mRNA-based cancer therapies.
• Contribute to projects that streamline sample collection, medicine manufacturing, and delivery to patients.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize workflows and enhance security.
• Implement AI-driven improvements for faster data insights.
• Engage with senior leaders and participate in development opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a 1st year in a full-time MBA program (planned graduation in Spring 2026).
• 4+ years of experience pre-MBA in healthcare consulting, pharma, biotech, or similar fields.
