About the position

The KKR 2025 MBA Internship Program in Global Client Solutions is a 10-week summer internship designed for first-year MBA students. The program offers a structured experience through two 5-week rotations within the Relationship Management and Product Strategies teams. Interns will engage in capital raising, fund structuring, and client relationship management, while also preparing marketing materials and supporting ongoing client due diligence. Exceptional performers may receive full-time offers upon completion of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 10-week summer internship structured as two 5-week rotations with Relationship Management and Product Strategies teams.
  • Engage in capital raising, structuring KKR funds, and analyzing competitors.
  • Prepare briefing memos to advise on product recommendations for investors and suggest new potential clients.
  • Work closely with investment professionals to understand the current portfolio and market dynamics.
  • Create and update bespoke marketing materials and quarterly presentations to enhance client engagement.
  • Provide ongoing client support during due diligence on KKR funds.
  • Collaborate with teams on client requests, presentations, and CRM database management.
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of KCS business metrics and reports.
  • Assist with other team projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

  • Current 1st-year MBA student with anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026.
  • Interest in private market fundraising and product strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship development and management skills, including virtual collaboration with global teams.
  • Maturity, presence, sound judgment, and effective communication with senior management.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to a wide range of audiences.
  • Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across quantitative and qualitative areas.
  • Quick learner with intellectual curiosity and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical and aesthetic mastery of PowerPoint and Excel.
