About the position

The MBA Rotational Program Manager position is designed for ambitious high-potential MBA graduates, offering a two-year immersive experience in Corporate Finance and Commercial operations. Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Support M&A activities including due diligence and integration
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments within the hotel
  • Implement and monitor operational standards to ensure service excellence
  • Analyze operational workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency
  • Manage guest relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute training programs for staff development
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to optimize pricing strategies

Requirements

  • 2nd Year MBA student seeking to graduate in December 2024 or May 2025
  • 3-5 years of professional working experience prior to MBA
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities
  • Previous experience in finance, hospitality, or revenue management is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate to Miami, Florida for the duration of the program
