About the position

The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) role at Adobe focuses on managing partner relations for a designated field sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in partner sales or strategic alliances. PSMs engage with various partners, including agencies and technology providers, to enhance collaboration with Adobe's direct sales team, aiming to drive new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct introductory calls with Partner Sales Managers to understand their aligned territory and partners.
  • Identify incumbent partners in non-partner Solution Led opportunities and validate their capabilities with the aligned PSM.
  • Review open Solution Led pipeline and ensure implementation strategies are in place for all deals.
  • Support Partner Hub Associates in qualifying partner-created opportunities and guide partners on Adobe Deal Registration processes.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Leadership team to build reports on key partner performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full-time in an MBA program, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025.
  • Outstanding academic achievement record.
  • Good sales acumen and understanding of leveraging partners for successful outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex client acquisition-driven business, preferably in mid-market or enterprise space.

  • Competitive salary range of $111,000 to $202,500 annually based on location and experience.
