About the position

Citi is seeking Summer Analysts to join the Risk Management team in Irving, Texas. This internship program is designed to provide college students with a comprehensive understanding of risk management and its best practices. Participants will engage in impactful projects, receive mentorship, and develop essential skills for a successful career in risk management.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging and impactful projects within the Risk Management team.
• Assess risk and develop business acumen related to risk management.
• Participate in foundational training sessions to promote professional development.
• Collaborate closely with management teams and receive mentorship from senior leaders.
• Contribute to the firm's Risk Management goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative related major, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Demonstrate an interest in Risk Management.
• Possess strong data analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
