The 2025 Non-Financial Risk Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree, commencing in June. Summer Analysts will be integrated into teams that focus on various global compliance functions, including financial crimes, operational risk, regulatory relations, information controls, and global monitoring and testing. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to work on a compliance advisory team aligned with one of the firm's core businesses. Throughout the program, Summer Analysts will engage in daily responsibilities while collaborating on a group project aimed at addressing a real-world issue faced by the Division. This program not only provides hands-on experience but also includes extensive training to enhance understanding of the firm’s operations and compliance landscape. The training program begins with a firmwide orientation, followed by specialized compliance training. Throughout the summer, participants will have access to various events designed to immerse them in the firm’s culture. These include mentorship opportunities, community service events, seminars featuring senior management, and networking and educational events that foster professional growth and development.
