About The Position

Ralph Lauren Corporation is offering a compensated 10-week Corporate Internship Program designed for undergraduate students to gain hands-on experience in the retail industry. Interns will participate in a dynamic orientation, engage in exclusive events, receive coaching, and have opportunities to create meaningful change through volunteer work. Interns may be placed in various areas including 3PL Operations, Transportation Logistics, Business Analytics, Human Resources, and more.

Requirements

• Attend college full-time in the United States.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a Hybrid workplace environment with 2 to 3 days of in-person work in North Carolina.
• Available for the entire duration of the 10-week internship.

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic and brand heritage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong writing and math skills; retail math is a plus.
• Highly organized and eager team player.
