About The Position

The New York Red Bulls are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join their Arena Services staff for part-time positions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations at Red Bull Arena (RBA) and to work during various soccer events, including matches for the New York Red Bulls and NJ/NY Gotham FC. The position involves direct interaction with fans, ensuring a positive experience, and supporting the operational needs of the arena.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform moderate labor over the course of a full event (8-12 hours).
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Experience showing professionalism around pro athletes/teams while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support operations of Red Bull Arena (RBA) during matches and events.
• Assist with stadium setup, breakdown, staging, and conversion for matches.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful event planning and execution.
• Liaise with outside parties such as visiting teams, referees, league officials, vendors, and partners to meet their needs.
• Perform other designated assigned duties as required.
