About the position

The 2025 Process/Project Engineering Co-op at Kenvue is a six to eight-month internship designed for college students to gain practical experience in a consumer products manufacturing facility. This role focuses on developing leadership, technical, and communication skills through hands-on work and mentorship, allowing students to apply classroom concepts in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities on-site within the facility
• Provide project management support
• Conduct data analysis and root cause problem solving
• Assist in the development and implementation of innovative methods to improve site processes and performance metrics
• Support validation activities

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month duration, 40 hours per week
• Ability to work onsite in Lititz, PA
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Nice-to-haves

• Degree focused in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Computer, Bio-Medical)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
• Experience with Minitab or other statistical tools, Tableau, PowerBI or similar dashboard/reporting tools
