About The Position

The Production Associate role at Kraft Heinz involves following production processes to ensure quality, safety, productivity, and cost standards are met. Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions
• Ability to handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to perform each duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Place components of meat, cheese, crackers, and treats in individual trays
• Perform period cleaning duties as instructed by the period cleaning schedule
• Clean equipment according to all Kraft sanitation guidelines
• Assist on changeovers of equipment
• Perform various housekeeping duties including sweeping and emptying trashcans
• Adhere to all Company and Garland Plant GMPs along with rules and regulations
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System
• Ensure compliance with all Regulatory, Customer, and Kraft Heinz requirements
• Operate under Kraft Heinz Safety Values and adhere to safety and environmental policies
• Review work areas for potential losses and report hazards, injuries, and other losses to supervisors.
