About the position

The 2025 Sales/Brokerage Intern position at CBRE is designed for current college students seeking a career in commercial real estate. This internship provides a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate business and valuable skills through hands-on experience alongside industry professionals. Participants will engage in various learning and development activities, gaining insights into the company's coordinated service lines and building a strong foundation for a future career in commercial real estate sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct company, property and industry-specific research
  • Lead and update prospects in an internal tracking database
  • Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials
  • Track local and regional activity affecting the real estate market
  • Contribute to projects in support of business development
  • Provide support with current deals, including market surveys and financial analysis

Requirements

  • Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student, graduating in 2026
  • Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
  • Experience with MS Office with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to network and interact professionally with internal and external clients
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Argus, Salesforce and Tableau
