About the position

Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for student-athletes to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. Interns will engage in business-critical projects, receive mentorship from top talents, and contribute to the operational needs of Adobe's largest customers within the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The role emphasizes building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing technical support, and ensuring operational health while adopting new solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and driving customer technical issues with support and engineering with minimal direction.
  • Supporting senior team members to handle technical issues as required.
  • Organizing and hosting customer status calls and providing reporting on technical status.
  • Providing onsite and production support for major events and rollouts, shadowing senior team members.
  • Guiding customers through software environment changes in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Delivering proactive notifications of upcoming releases and their possible impact.
  • Managing assigned accounts and partnering with senior team members to manage complex customers.
  • Researching and applying knowledge from various sources to solve customer issues.
  • Actively participating in team meetings and identifying common issues.

Requirements

  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2025 - December 2026.
  • Up to two years of full-time experience in consultative, customer support, and/or related role in marketing technology.
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and/or object-oriented programming languages.
  • Basic ability to solve technical issues related to Java, webserver, network, OS, and DB/SQL.
  • Foundational knowledge of network technologies and data management.
  • Awareness of Digital Marketing methodologies or Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Multi-lingual skills desirable.
  • Basic presentation skills.
  • Awareness of project management methodologies.
