About The Position
Cantor Fitzgerald is offering a 2025 SEC and Corporate Governance Summer Intern Program in New York City, scheduled to begin in June 2025 and run for 7 weeks. Interns will work in the SEC and Corporate Governance group, under the supervision of attorneys and paralegals, and will be involved in tasks related to SEC filings, corporate governance matters, and other long-term corporate and transactional projects supporting Cantor's affiliated public company entities: BGC Group, Inc. and Newmark Group, Inc. The program aims to provide interns with exposure to the work and assignments that full-time paralegals and attorneys handle regularly, including supporting the creation of board materials, assisting in organizing meetings, preparing corporate governance policies, conducting research on governance trends, and familiarizing themselves with legal frameworks surrounding corporate governance.
