About the position
The summer associate will work closely with the president of CFF and the VP of Fund Administration. The ideal candidate possesses intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and is excited to work in a collegial environment. This role calls for someone interested in understanding the mutual fund business. The summer associate position is a temporary role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with review of documents like board materials, annual report, semi annual report for consistency and readability
- Assist with reviewing and documenting new rules and regulations for the new rule working group
- Assist with review of the website for accuracy and ease of navigation
- Assist with cleaning up of files and labeling folders/documents
- Assist with review of public sources of data (Morningstar, Bloomberg, etc.) to make sure all of our information is accurate.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
