About The Position

As an Associate Internal Auditor at MKS Internal Audit, you will partner with the SOX team to provide value-add internal audit services to help MKS management achieve its goals and objectives. In this role, you will report to the Internal Audit Manager.

Requirements

• Enrolled in Bachelor's Degree program in Accounting, Finance or relevant majors
• Experience with Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with different stakeholders (Internal Audit, Management, External Auditors)
• Superb organization skills to prioritize multiple tasks and work with people from different time zones
• Oracle or SAP skills is desirable

Nice To Haves

• Accounting Knowledge (Expected to have taken basic accounting courses in College, or have equivalent knowledge)
• IT System Knowledge (Basic understanding of how ERP systems work to support accounting activities)
• SEC requirements (Basic understanding of a US public traded company's compliance requirements)
• US GAAP knowledge desirable

Responsibilities

• Working with IA team member to prepare PBC requests to process owners
• Make sample selections to ensure the completeness of test documents
• Help with scheduling internal and external meetings to perform walkthroughs, discussions with process owners, collaboration with external auditors, etc.
• Perform SOX control testing, and prepare test documents and draft test results
• Assist with IA team member in PowerPoint presentation
• Assist with data analysis using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as needs arise

• Hourly Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
