As a Summer Associate, you'll embark on an immersive journey within the world of banking and gain invaluable insight working on hands-on self-driven assignments and projects that creates a real business impact. Throughout the program you'll network with bank leaders, participate in leadership and financial wellness workshops, team building activities, and take part in a community service project that reflects our commitment to giving back. This is your chance to kickstart your banking career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in hands-on self-driven assignments and projects that create a real business impact.
  • Network with bank leaders.
  • Participate in leadership and financial wellness workshops.
  • Engage in team building activities.
  • Take part in a community service project.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Currently enrolled in a four-year or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Preference given to rising juniors and seniors.
  • Pursuing a relevant degree program.
  • Must be available to work 40-hour work weeks between June-August and work on-site on Oahu.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
