About the position
The Spectrum Internship Program is a full-time, 10-week commitment designed for motivated rising seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science. This program offers hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and mentorship, aimed at providing essential business insights and skills necessary for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Work on software development tasks within the VOTools-PMT team to enhance existing tools applications.
- Participate in daily standup and weekly team meetings to discuss project progress.
- Learn the application environment with the expectation of updating, creating, and refactoring code.
- Participate in code review meetings for developed applications or code.
- Assist in the deployment of code and document efforts.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2025 - May 2026.
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for Charter Sponsorship.
