In your role as a Customer Operations Intern, you will focus on software development quality assurance initiatives across the application portfolio, particularly in the contact center's back-office support. You will be part of a diverse and agile scrum team, where your responsibilities will include analyzing test scenarios and working on test planning for new features and enhancements. This internship is a learning-intensive program that aims to provide you with essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. The commitment for this full-time internship spans 10 weeks, from May 28, 2025, through August 1, 2025, and is located in Maryland Heights, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Work on software development quality assurance initiatives across the application portfolio.
  • Focus on the contact center's back-office support.
  • Analyze test scenarios and work on test planning for new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with a diverse and agile scrum team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
  • Desire to learn about quality assurance initiatives at Spectrum.
  • Ability to self-motivate and learn larger paradigms.
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program.
  • Ability to work 100% in office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
