About the position

The Customer Operations Intern at Spectrum will support the speech analytics team by developing and building analytics models to inform business decisions. This internship offers a paid, full-time work experience designed to provide exposure to business culture and hands-on experience in a leading telecommunications company.

Responsibilities

• Support the speech analytics team through developing and building analytics models.
• Inform business decisions using analytics models.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math).
• Experience or exposure to Machine Learning or AI.
• Ability to work 100% in office.
• Analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate well with others and be self-motivated to drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
