About the position

The Customer Operations Intern at Spectrum will support the speech analytics team by developing program management templates, Gantt chart burndown, and capacity analysis for real-time AI programs. This internship offers a paid, full-time work experience designed to provide exposure to business culture and hands-on experience in a leading telecommunications company. Interns will have the opportunity to learn from assigned mentors and interact with senior executives, enhancing their skills and career prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the speech analytics team in developing program management templates.
  • Create Gantt chart burndown and capacity analysis for real-time AI programs.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Experience or exposure to Machine Learning or AI.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and systems.
  • Ability to work 100% in office.
