About the position

The 2025 Summer Intern: Supply Chain - Operations Manager (Field) position at Walmart offers an opportunity to influence the success of the world's largest Supply Chain. Interns will assist in managing the flow of merchandise through the supply chain network, enhancing customer experiences, and maximizing efficiency. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams during an 11-week program.

Responsibilities

• Work with a cross-functional team to solve complex problems on a large scale.
• Partner in a dynamic, collaborative environment while leveraging Walmart's resources.
• Oversee a group of Area Managers and hourly associates within the warehouse.
• Think strategically and lead to remove obstacles for your team of salaried leaders.
• Participate in mentorship opportunities throughout the summer.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Master's degree program currently.
• Expected graduation date between December 2025 - August 2026.
