About the position

The 2025 Summer Intern - People Services Operations Analyst position at General Motors offers an opportunity for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree to gain hands-on experience in a hybrid work environment. Interns will engage in data analysis, process improvement, and employee engagement activities, contributing to the company's vision of zero crashes, zero emissions, and zero congestion.

Responsibilities

• Interact cross-functionally with global teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that improve employee experiences.
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Gain exposure to multiple IT systems and business units.
• Assist in the creation of transformational project plans.
• Lead employee engagement activities to communicate changes.

Requirements

• Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Systems Engineering, HR, Finance, Data Science, or related fields.
• Must be graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the summer months.
