About the position

The 2025 Summer Intern position at Roche Academy offers a unique opportunity for students in STEM fields to gain hands-on experience in the biotechnology industry. This 12-week paid internship is designed to provide exposure to careers in service supporting Roche Diagnostics customers across the U.S., allowing interns to work on impactful business-critical projects and develop vital skills for future employment at Roche.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ambitious and impactful business-critical projects.
• Work directly with Roche equipment alongside dedicated professionals.
• Participate in final presentations of project work to senior leaders.
• Lead or participate in intern committees to design and coordinate program events and initiatives.
• Engage in professional and personal development curriculum, including networking opportunities, workshops, and panel discussions.
• Participate in volunteer projects, social events, and team-building activities.

Requirements

• Candidates must be studying in a STEM field with targeted graduation in December 2025 or May 2026.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
