About the position

The 2025 Summer Intern position in Spectrum Business Sales Operations is designed for motivated rising senior students seeking hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry. This full-time, 10-week internship program runs from May 28, 2025, to August 1, 2025, and aims to provide essential business insights, professional development, and networking opportunities. Interns will work closely with their respective departments and peer groups, engaging in project management, sales analysis, and process development while receiving mentorship and exposure to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support Spectrum Business Sales Operations in various capacities.
• Assist in project management activities to help sales and operational activity.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and supporting organizations to assist in project delivery and operational readiness.
• Engage in process creation and enhancement.
• Participate in personal and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university completing a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
